These Terms of Service govern your use of Tillwise Reports, a reporting and analytics service for Square merchants. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Tillwise Reports to upload, process, and review business reporting data for merchants you own, operate, or are authorized to support. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Customer and Business Data

You retain ownership of the business, customer, sales, and inventory data you provide. You grant Tillwise Reports permission to process that data only to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful data, interfere with service operation, or use reports in a way that violates applicable laws or agreements with third-party platforms.

5. Third-Party Services

Tillwise Reports may connect with third-party services such as Square, Supabase, Railway, and email providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their separate terms and policies.

6. Reports and Business Decisions

Reports, recommendations, and analytics are provided for informational business use. Tillwise Reports does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue improvements, inventory performance, or staffing results.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to preserve access to customer data and give reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

8. Payment Terms

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be described at signup or in a written agreement. You are responsible for charges associated with the plan you select.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tillwise Reports is provided without warranties of any kind and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
